A little about me.......
I worked in the financial industry for ten years until the beginning of 2014 when I took the decision to make Offington Therapies into a reality and be a full time complementary therapist so as to provide the residents of Worthing, Ferring, East Preston, Angmering, Rustington, Littlehampton, Lancing and Shoreham-by-Sea with wonderful therapies, especially reflexology. Since that time and, as you will see above, I have been busy training and learning new skills.
In 2010 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and following intensive treatment, I decided to re-evaluate my life and wanted to change my future, this was when I initially discovered reflexology following by other complementary therapies, I have never looked back!
I know how important it is to take time out on a regular basis just for an hour or so when I can forget about errands I need to run or jobs at home that need dealing with. The effect that short period of time can have on general health and wellbeing is invaluable to help with the busy and stressful lives that we all lead.
If you have any questions or would like further information, please feel free to drop me an email or give me a call.
I look forward to hearing from you.
