Offington Therapies Supporting the Women of Worthing and West Sussex with Foot and Facial Reflexology

Hi, I'm Hannah,

Originally a Welsh girl, I moved to Worthing in 1987 and live with my husband, Simon and our two feline fur babies, Esme and Moo Moo.

I have spent most of my working life in office environments utilising my secretarial and administration skills.

In 2010 I was diagnosed with breast cancer, just five months after Simon and I were married. and following intensive treatment, I decided to re-evaluate my life and wanted to change my future, this was when I initially discovered reflexology following by other complementary therapies, I have never looked back!

I took the plunge in 2014 to set up my own business, which I could not have done without the support of Simon and my family and, have loved every minute of the journey since.

When I am not spending time with my wonderful clients, I visit my parents, when I can, as they live in Portugal. I enjoy pottering around the garden, catching the latest films and travelling to different countries with Simon creating memories.
